Effective 30-Day Return Policy

At Sapphire Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase for spare parts. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns (Spare Parts)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products, are exempt from being returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

Used Parts: Any spare parts that have been installed or used in commercial laundry equipment cannot be returned.

Customised Parts: Parts that have been customised or modified specifically for a customer's equipment may not be eligible for return.

Electrical Components: Due to safety concerns and potential damage during installation, electrical components such as circuit boards, motors, and switches may be non-returnable.

Seals and Gaskets: Seals and gaskets, once installed, may not be suitable for return due to hygiene and compatibility reasons.

Special Order Items: Parts that are specially ordered upon customer request or are not typically stocked may be non-returnable.

Damaged Parts: Parts that are damaged during installation or mishandling may not be accepted for return.

Obsolete Parts: Parts that are discontinued or deemed obsolete by the manufacturer may not be eligible for return due to limited demand and resale potential.

Non-Returnable Items (Commercial Laundry Equipment)

All purchases of commercial laundry equipment, including but not limited to washing machines, dryers, and ironers, are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items. Due to our commitment to providing low-cost prices on high-quality commercial laundry equipment, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    Required Documentation for Returns

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Partial Refunds

    In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items with obvious signs of use, or items not in their original condition due to reasons not attributable to our error.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us at hello@sapphiretrade.co.uk for assistance.

    Sale Items

    Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at hello@sapphiretrade.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue, and our customer service team will assist you promptly.

    Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

    Trackable Shipping

    For items over £50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
